2020 is for us a peak year of a rebranding process that led to the creation of the new brand logo. We want to celebrate this milestone of our company life with our mozzarella fiordilatte that, for this exclusive occasion, bears the brand Caseificio Palazzo. Our mozzarella Fiordilatte, a vegetarian certified product, is produced through traditional processing using whey starter culture: a natural population of lactic bacteria whose composition varies from day to day and which derives from the microbial composition of the milk.
