The wide array of the Murgella products comprises the entire line of spun paste delicacies and more, from mozzarella to scamorza cheese, to burrata, stracciatella, caciocavallo silano PDO to cacioricotta and ricotta cheese. These products are included in the product line designed for the deli counter and take-out orders.
The new line of frozen dairy products is made possible thanks to the Quick Freezing technology and provides clients from all over the world with high-quality cheeses with a 12-month shelf life and organoleptic properties that remain unaltered after defrosting.

The family history of Caseificio Palazzo originates in a small workshop located in Putignano, reaching today twenty-six countries through an efficient and extensive logistic network.
